MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing director, Rikido Komatsu has grown a small security to where it is today. Before KAISEI, Rikido held an operational role in one of the top security companies in Singapore. Building on a wealth of experience and expertise gained from industry leaders and partners, KAISEI has molded its business model and direction focused on value for its customers and positioning itself as an all-in-one security solutions provider. Rikido still feels there is much to learn about the industry. As an advocate for lifelong learning, feedback from staff on the ground always provides an opportunity to improve the company’s service offering while keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and industry practices.

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Formerly from the Navy and with a strong IT background coupled with practical knowledge in security, business, customer and sales management, and as a  head trainer for his staff the past 10 years. Shabir Singh Hundal has gained invaluable experience in training with relevant experiences in waste and rail management. His current role as the compliance manager is to ensure the legal and ethical integrity of the company through policy enforcement for all departments to comply with. Shabir also reports and updates upper management on relevant changes to corporate laws and legislation.

COMPLIANCE MANAGER

HR & TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

As a veteran in the private security industry, HR & Technology manager, Mr. Mikio Komatsu, has served as a manpower officer in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) under the Traffic Police department during his National Service. He was also a member of the steering committee during the World Bank/IMF 2006.

 

His current role as Human Resources manager is to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, talent management and implementation of workforce planning, recruitment and staff development. He also oversees employment law compliance which includes employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Mikio also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow and manages the overall technological aspects of the company.
